Contest Official Rules
GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.kratecustom.comfor current promotions and fill out the information on the page no later than 11:59 p.m. EST March 31, 2011. You may enter the giveaway as many times as you like by following the guidelines on www.kratecustom.com. No mechanically reproduced entries, alterations, facsimiles or forged entries are allowed. All contest submissions become the sole and exclusive property of Krate Custom Woodworking (“Sponsor”) and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic or other communications or transmission and/or other computer error. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the web site, or who otherwise violates these rules. Krate Custom Woodworking reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice. Winners will be selected by a member or members of the staff of MakeSpace LLC (the “Judge(s)”). All decisions of the Judge(s) are final and binding. There will be no duplication and the winner will be defined by a unique “cell phone number” and be declared the winner.

2. Start/End Times. Contest begins on January 25, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 41, 2011.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Participation open only to legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older. Employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of Krate Custom Woodworking (“Sponsor”) are NOT ELIGIBLE to enter. Limited to one prize per giveaway.

4. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW: This contest is void wherever prohibited, taxed or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

5. PRIZE: One Apple IPAD 16GB iPad with Wi-Fi capability.

6. Total approximate retail value of all prizes combined: $495.00. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via e- text message (SMS) and online at www.kratecustom.com, and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of prize notification. If any winner cannot be contacted by email within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Giveaway rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The prize winner's name will be posted on our site at www.Dewater.com/index.

8. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy athttp://www.dewater.com/privacypolicy www.kratecustom.com/privacypolicy.

9. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. No information will be sold or provided to any third party companies.

10. CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, participation in Giveaway, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Giveaway cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism or other events outside the reasonable control of Sponsor. Further, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Giveaway should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of sponsor, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Giveaway. Any claims relating to this Giveaway shall be governed by Kentucky law without regard to its conflict of law, rules, and any such claim must be heard in Kentucky. Taxes, and shipping, handling and delivery fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Participation in Giveaway and acceptance of prize constitutes each winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), email address, photograph, biographical information, likeness and/or statements made by each winner regarding the Giveaway or Sponsor for advertising and future promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). This contest is subject to these complete and official rules and by entering each participant accepts and agrees to these rules. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Giveaway in any way shall be disqualified.

Krate Custom Woodworking makes every effort to be in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. The following explains the Act and what we do to meet its requirements.

How Krate Custom Woodworking complies with the Act: We do not collect individually identifiable information about children. We request that no child under 13 register on our site, or if they register that they provide their first name only, and a fictitious email address. Without a full name and an active email address, we have no information that would allow us to identify or contact the child.

This policy can be updated on the as-needed basis and without prior notice. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our website.
